Dr Heidi Glynn
Registered Psychologist
Heidi graduated from Swinburne University with a PhD in 2023 and provides services under Medicare and private insurance. She completed her PhD in 2023 exploring trauma and psychosocial processes and the impact on Quality of Life in Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She is a Board-approved supervisor and member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Heidi is experienced in providing services which optimise an individual’s personal fulfillment and has a specific passion in the brain-gut field. Her own journey sparked her interest in the field of psychology and a desire to commence a psychology practice dedicated to supporting individuals with gastrointestinal conditions and eating disorders.

Dr Mateja Popovic
Clinical Psychologist
Mateja is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She completed a Professional Doctorate in Clinical and Forensic Psychology and has worked in community mental health and forensic settings.
Mateja focuses on working in a collaborative and non-judgmental way to create a safe space for clients to share their stories and develop goals that they would like to work toward in therapy. She draws upon a range of interventions, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Lauren De Losa
Provisional Psychologist
Lauren is a provisional psychologist who has completed her Master of Professional Psychology. Lauren uses a warm, empathetic, person-centred approach in therapy. She is committed to helping people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Lauren has a special interest in eating disorders with a focus on supporting individuals to develop positive relationships with food and eating and fostering body acceptance. In addition to eating disorders, Lauren has experience supporting children, adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and anxiety-related disorders such as phobias and panic disorder, stress management and emotion regulation.
Lauren is passionate about providing evidence-based treatments to the community and has experience providing psychological services in metro and rural settings. Lauren applies principles of cognitive behavioural therapy to her work, and also draws on motivational interviewing and interpersonal psychotherapy. Lauren has received formal training in enhanced cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), family based therapy (FBT), and Satter Division of Responsibility in feeding (sDOR). Lauren works with a trauma-informed lens and is also neurodiversity affirming.
Lauren has provisional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and adheres to the professional codes of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Lauren is an advocate for self-care and outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs, travelling, and exploring new places to eat.
